Business Development Executive

We have an outstanding career opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with the drive and motivation to form part of our National Sales Team as a Business Development Executive in our Western Suburbs. 

Reporting to the National Business Development Manager, you will engage new and current customers and provide administrative, customer service and sales support to ensure effective, efficient and accurate business operations.

The successful candidate be responsible for:

  • Assist, develop and generate new business opportunities
  • Establish, develop and manage customer relationships
  • Meet new business targets and produce pricing to achieve sales projections
  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies designed to deliver objectives
  • Coordinate on the road cold calling
  • Ability and drive to work autonomously
  • Have well developed communication skills
  • Posses outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrate an ability to work in a changing environment
  • Demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure

This is a fast paced role which requires professionalism, strong eye for detail and exceptional planning, time management and communication skills.

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes audiometric, drug and alcohol testing.
