Government mandated health orders, as well as additional testing requirements, have had an impact on our ability to apply variable staffing levels across our operation.
This has led to some service disruption, particularly in NSW. As we all head back to retail for the first time in some months we will be tested in ensuring all transit times are met to our normal standards.
Rest assured we are working to bolster our handling and fleet requirements to alleviate any delays, however, as indicated, that process takes a little longer in current circumstances.
We would ask that our staff on the front line are shown some understanding and respect while we put the additional resources in place.
