Timeslot Bookings

Vellex's timeslot calendar system is for registered suppliers to select a timeslot to deliver freight into Vellex. If you would like more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Before you can book a timeslot ensure that you have been given access and have your user name and password ready!

What is a timeslot booking?

All deliveries into Vellex facilities must first be time slotted. Anyone who does not have an allocated booking time will not be granted access to the facility.

All timeslots must be adhered to or you may be requested to book another time.

You will be required to have your booking number for access to a Vellex facility or you may be required to rebook.

How do I secure a timeslot?

Click "select your timeslot here". Pick a load type or duration, a depot, then pick your date and time then confirm your booking by entering your username and password. It's that easy!
